Curving roof is designed to create a seamless, curved roof line for warehouse. Roof curving machine is stepping its required roof pitch and radius.

Features:
● Material head-stepping is fed by Servo Motor.
● Clamping sheet by Pneumatic.
● Minimum curving radius within Ø 300 mm.
● Curving speed in 20 times / minute.
● Data setting by CNC Interface.

Production Process:
roll-formed roof feeding – stepping – curving – finished curved roof

Composition:
● Setting the interval between 2 punching rows by CNC interface.
● Feeding the sheet to punching head by servo motor, 0.75Kw
● Clamping the sheet by pneumatic device.
● Punching the sheet step by step to form curve demanded by hydraulic system.
● Hydraulic Curving & oil pump motor: 5.5 kw
● Minimum curving radius: R=300 mm
● Curving speed: 20 times / min
● Curving radius: ≥ 300 mm
