Flying Shears Machine is upgraded edition of cut to length line. It mainly includes uncoiler, straightener, flying shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., The line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating. Flying shear cut to length line is controlled by servo system. Motion follows line speed so that accuracy is maintained even if line speed varies.

Performance:
150 pieces per min. and the fastest line speed reaches 100m/min. Six-roller straightener is adopted to avoid flaws on the plate.
